There are two ways to change the font style on your Xiaomi device. The first one requires a root device and the second one does not require a root. So we can say, you can easily change the custom font in your Xiaomi mobile based on MIUI 10 and MIUI 9. You do not need root mode on Xiaomi devices for changing fonts.

How to change Fonts in MIUI themes
Step 1: First of all open your "Theme" App.
Step 2: In your App click on "profile". Now it renamed as My Page.
Step 3: Next you need to click on "Fonts". See in below image for better understanding.
Step 4: Here select your "Fonts", Which you want to apply in your installed mi theme.
Step 5: After choosing your Fonts, click on Apply.
Step 6: Tap on Reboot.
After reboot, you experience your preferred font style in your Xiaomi Mobile. The font change steps above work on all Xiaomi phones, including the Redmi and Mi series, which are based on MIUI 10 and MIUI 9.
